Capacity building will build  the technical expertise and judicial capacity necessary to produce legitimate requests for asset recovery.

By working with civil society organisations, we can advocate for greater changes to the legislation for more transparency, freedom of expression, entitlement to freedom of information, and whistle-blower protection, as well as more effective analysis of the government’s commitments to prosecute corporations or individuals domiciled in their jurisdictions, who are complicit in bribery or corruption.
